Busy signals for incming calls

Post by hunter_u »

After changed to the new proxy server of voip.freephoneline.ca, I am experiencing problems. I cannot hear the others when I call other, but they can hear me. Others cannot call me since it is busy all the time. The first day after I switch the proxy server, it was working fine.

Hi there,

Assuming that you have the line setup directly in the modem, please ensure that URI field is setup as explained below:

Please let me know.

Thanks,

No, I am using SPA112 connected from the router. Everything was okay initially when I switched to voip.freephoneline.ca. One day after, no incoming calls, and I found the other cannot hear me when I call. I can hear the other. Please help!

Hi there,

Please send me a PM with your account # and I will have a look.

Also- if you have static IP assigned to your SPA112- please ensure that is setup correctly.

Thanks,
