My fongo account suddenly was logged out. I try to log back in but it didn’t work. Then On fongo website I try to log jn using my username And password it said my account was suspended!!!!
What is the reason please someone help

If your account is suspended, posting about it here isn't going to resolve your issue. Support staff is not obligated to respond on these user-to-user support forums.
Volunteer moderators do not work for Fongo. We don't have access to your Fongo account information.
You will need to submit a ticket to have your situation reviewed: https://support.fongo.com/hc/requests/new.
You can check your ticket status by logging in at https://support.fongo.com/hc/requests. That's an account for tickets (zendesk) only and is completely separate from your Fongo account. If you don't have a zendesk account, click "Sign Up" after visiting the link. Use the same email address that you use to submit tickets, but do not use the same password as the one used for any other Fongo account.
Support staff does not respond to tickets on weekends or holidays. Support hours are 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. EST.

Account suspended
My fongo is not authenticating me. It says my account is suspended. Why? Does anybody know?? I submitted a request to review it but there is no response after one day yet

No one who posts here regularly knows. These are user-to-user support forums. Those who post here regularly do not work for Fongo. You will need to wait for a ticket response.
Ticket responses can take several business days. Fongo support does not work on weekends or Canadian holidays. Monday, May 19th, is Victoria Day in Canada.I submitted a request to review it but there is no response after one day yet

Fongo account got suspended again
Hi
Last time my fongo account was suspended for calling a number several times un a condensed period of time. They unbkocked it. Now it happened again. It was an emergency reason again. Are they going to unblock it again?

My fongo account got suspended due to several dialing the same number withint a short period of time I guess. I submitted a request. Since I use this number for business reason it is crucial for me that the number gets operational again. Last time it literally took 5 business days. Can someone tell me if there is any faster way to do this. Are they gonna unblock my account again?

Ticket responses can take several business days. Fongo support does not work on tickets on weekends or Canadian holidays. If no one responds to your ticket by Wednesday, private message me with your ticket number. As I don’t work for Fongo, I have no clue how long they take to respond to tickets lately.
